About Us
Welcome to Matchday Fever Madness — a place for people who don’t just watch football, but feel it.
Whether it’s a last-minute winner, a perfectly timed tackle, or the quiet beauty of a midweek lower-league fixture, football has a way of getting under your skin. This site exists for those moments — the drama, the debate, the joy, the frustration, and everything in between.
Who’s Behind Matchday Fever Madness?
Matchday Fever Madness is run by a lifelong football obsessive with 27 years of following the game, from grassroots pitches to packed stadiums and everything in between.
I’m not just a fan — I’m also a football coach and scout, which means I see the game from multiple angles. I love tactics as much as passion, player development as much as results, and spotting potential long before the rest of the crowd catches on. That background shapes how football is covered here: informed, thoughtful, but never disconnected from what makes the game special.
What This Site Is About
This isn’t a site for corporate clichés or recycled talking points. Matchday Fever Madness is about:
- Honest football discussion
- Insight shaped by real coaching and scouting experience
- Respect for all levels of the game
- A genuine love for football in all its forms
From elite-level analysis to the madness of matchday emotions, the goal is simple: to talk about football the way fans actually experience it.
All Football Means All Football
This site doesn’t play favourites. Domestic leagues, international football, youth development, tactical trends, managers, players, and the stories that don’t always make the back pages — if it matters to the game, it matters here.
Football is global, emotional, imperfect and endlessly fascinating. That’s why Matchday Fever Madness exists.
Why “Matchday Fever Madness”?
Because if you’ve ever planned your weekend around kick-off times, felt your heart rate rise before a big game, or replayed a moment in your head long after the final whistle — you already know the feeling.
This is football, without the filter.
Welcome to Matchday Fever Madness.
